Legendary Bar
Our services are designed to help you set and maintain legendary standards in your bar.. We focuses on organizing the bar area, cleaning, updating liquor, wine, and beer rooms, training bartenders, and aligning all bar costs. Full Service includes:

1. Revamp the bar (organize)
​
2. Clean from top to bottom.
​
3. Organize liquor, wine, and beer rooms
​
4. Take beginning inventory
​
5. Set up new sheets with new and updated price
​
6. Return unwanted liquor, wine, and beer or use in new cocktails.
​
7. Teach pours to be accurate across all bartenders.
​
8. Set up weekly bar meetings with bar notes four weeks worth to set a legendary standard and a test given to all bartenders that they must pass with a 95% grade to go back on the bar.
​
9. Set all bar costs in line at the end of the four weeks.

GM and or Owner need to be present to put away orders.

The Figure 8 Group will be available for 1 night for 3 weeks to come back and help fix any unresolved issues at no cost.
Our standard rate for services is $100 per hour. However, we understand the importance of finding the right fit for your business needs.
