Legendary Service
Our services are designed to help you set and maintain legendary standards with your staff. We offer exceptional services to ensure the success of restaurants and bars, including training the staff, educating them on the menu and bar ingredients, teaching the Figure 8 Concept, and providing an understanding of side work. Full Service includes:

1. Instruct all front of the house teammates the proper way to work the floor as a team.
​
2. Then coach them how to work individually at their #1 position.
​
3. Once they complete that task train them on job #2. Every team member has 2 positions. Otherwise, the restaurant will not succeed.
​
4. Train and teach every F.O.H staff the bar ingredients, coffee drinks and menu items. This is a 2-week process.
​
5. Clean, sanitize the F.O.H completely.
​
6. Show service staff the 10 steps of service and serve with legendary service.
​
7. Go over side work in depth.
​
8. Hire or terminate with GM/owners authority the team members that will not fit into the future of the restaurant's plan.
​
9. Tests will be given written, performance, knowledge. The individual must pass every test with a 95% or better. If not, they can not work the floor.

The Figure 8 Group LLC will be available for 2 nights for 2 weeks to come back and help fix any unresolved issues at no cost.

Our standard rate for services is $100 per hour. However, we understand the importance of finding the right fit for your business needs. Legendary Bar
Legendary Bar offers comprehensive services by The Figure 8 Group to revamp your bar. These services include organizing the bar area, cleaning, updating liquor, wine, and beer rooms, training bartenders, and aligning all bar costs. The Figure 8 Group will also be available for one night per week for three weeks to address any unresolved issues.
